Rachel joined igloo in 2009 and is now igloo’s Customer Care Manager overseeing and developing the igloo customer journey.
Rachel’s career started in a customer facing role with igloo as manager of the Derwent Business Centre, a 42,000 square foot multi tenanted building in Derby. Since then Rachel has expanded her reach into the residential world of igloo, honing her skills as an excellent communicator dealing with front line customer response and handover processes. Rachel lives igloo’s values through each customer interaction and regularly provides insights to the management team that drive change and support the continuously improving igloo customer experience.
A keen, energetic organiser, Rachel has also supported igloo events and marketing at Holbeck Urban Village in Leeds.
