Tom Burgess

As an Assistant Development Manager, Tom works within the Northern Development Team to assist in the creation of new developments from inception through to project delivery.

Joining the igloo team in 2025, Tom previously worked in the public sector on the delivery of social housing schemes, whilst undertaking his master’s in construction project management. Upon completion of his studies, he was awarded the RICS Northwest Regional Board prize for best student. Prior to this, he completed his undergraduate degree in architecture and has a keen eye for design.

Tom has a passion for social and environmental sustainability, as well as innovative building processes, which he looks forward to being able to incorporate into future developments at igloo.
