Central Winchester Regeneration
The Central Winchester Regeneration scheme is set to provide a new, vibrant creative quarter for the city, offering flexible work and creative spaces, as well as food and drink offerings, and plenty of public spaces. To support this new business community, the vision also includes a wide variety of new tenure-diverse homes to suit people of all life stages and ages.
We’re proud to be part of this once in a lifetime opportunity to unlock a new wave of potential for Winchester, as part of the Jigsaw by Partnerships & Places joint venture. Working closely with Winchester City Council and engaging regularly with local Communities, we’re excited to bring new life to this timeless city. The project will create a new space for people to work and play creatively - and for longer in the day - balancing a healthy night-time economy with the needs of the people that also choose to live in the area.
In collaboration with Winchester City Council, the project is being delivered by Jigsaw by Partnerships & Places, the development partnership responsible for the regeneration project. Sustainable developer igloo Regeneration, a partner in Jigsaw, is leading the projectand brings extensive experience in people-focused regeneration across the UK.
