Riverside Sunderland is a major urban regeneration project that is set to create and support three vibrant neighbourhoods at the heart of Sunderland, forming a new Community that will re-connect the city with the River Wear.
Working with Sunderland City Council on the masterplan, the scheme will deliver 1,000 homes to buy and rent, alongside much-needed commercial, leisure and green space, making the area a magnet for investment. This will attract businesses and homemakers seeking to pioneer a planet-conscious and prosperous future.
The scheme was designed as an exemplar of city living and went on to inspire The Sunderland Future Living Expo 2024.
